• Fourteen (14) business days’ notice required

Please note: Orders placed outside of normal operating hours may require additional labor charges, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• A minimum of five (5) business days’ notice is required for all catered events.
• Price quotes and special menu options for items not listed on the standard menus may be available upon request.
• Special menu requests require a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice to allow adequate time for review and processing.
• Requests received with fewer than five business days’ notice may be subject to additional fees, including labor charges, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Most menu pricing reflects a minimum of 15 guests, unless otherwise noted.
• Buffet or served meals for fewer than 15 guests may be subject to additional charges, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Catering orders totaling less than $50 are not eligible for delivery without prior approval from the Director of Catering.
• Orders under $50 may be subject to an additional delivery or labor fee, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• A guaranteed guest count is required five (5) business days prior to the event date.
• For menus offering a choice of entrées, the quantity of each entrée must be provided at the time of guarantee.
• Clients are responsible for clearly identifying entrée selections at the event (e.g., place cards, tickets, or other indicators).
• Changes to an existing catering request must be submitted a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the event.
• A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required to cancel a catering request.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event may result in full charges, including food and labor costs, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• All food and beverage items must be provided by College Dining Services.
• In accordance with New York State health and safety regulations, any remaining food may not be removed from the event site.
• Events that include alcohol service require a minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice for planning and permitting.
• An alcohol permit fee will apply if an event is cancelled or rescheduled.
• Alcohol permits are valid only for the originally approved date and time.
• Meals accommodating special dietary requirements are available upon request.
• Requests must be submitted at least seven (7) business days prior to the event.
• Custom dietary items may be subject to additional charges.
• The event host is responsible for all catering equipment provided by Dining Services.
• Charges will apply for any missing or damaged equipment or supplies, based on replacement costs.
• Specialty equipment may be available for rental at an additional cost.
• Additional fees may apply for events that extend beyond normal building hours, require additional staffing, involve special requests, or incur extraordinary labor or setup requirements.
